This Cookie Policy explains how KEEZOKU (hereafter "Gymkee") uses cookies and other trackers on the gymkee.com website and the Gymkee Coach web app.
This policy is established in accordance with Article 82 of the Data Protection Act, the CNIL guidelines on cookies and other trackers (deliberation no. 2020-091 of September 17, 2020), and the CNIL recommendation of October 1, 2020.
No non-essential cookies are placed before you give your consent.
2. WHAT IS A COOKIE?

7. MOBILE APP
The Gymkee mobile app does not use cookies in the strict sense. However, device identifiers and similar technologies may be used for service operation and analytics, subject to your consent where required.

8. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Some of our partners (Google, Meta, Intercom) are located in the United States. Data transfers to the United States are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
