3. Activity

Gymkee is a software as a service (SaaS) platform for sports coaches and personal trainers. Gymkee allows coaches to create and manage personalized training and nutrition programs for their clients, and for those clients to access their programs via a dedicated mobile app.

Gymkee does not provide sports coaching, nutrition advice, or medical services. Gymkee is a tech tool available to coaching professionals.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Gymkee (texts, images, logos, icons, software, databases, structures, graphics, brands) is protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and French and international intellectual property laws.

The "Gymkee" brand and associated logo are registered trademarks of KEEZOKU. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without prior written authorization from KEEZOKU.

KEEZOKU collects and processes personal data in connection with the use of Gymkee, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended.
