Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up a check-in schedule for a client?

You create an assessment form with the questions and measurement fields you want, then assign it to your client with a frequency. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Gymkee handles the rest: your client gets a reminder and completes the form in the app.

Can I have different check-in forms for different clients?

Yes. You create as many form templates as you need and assign them individually. A client doing weight loss gets different questions than a client training for an athletic event. You're in full control.

Do clients need to submit photos, or is that optional?

Photo fields are optional in your form design. You can include them, leave them out, or make them required depending on what works for your coaching style and your client's preferences.

Where do I see my client's check-in responses?

All check-in responses appear in your client's profile on the Gymkee coach dashboard. You can view each submission, compare responses over time, and see progress photos side by side.

What measurement fields are available?

Gymkee includes standard fields for weight, body fat percentage, and common body measurements (waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs). You can also add custom numeric fields for any other metric you track.
