How do my clients pay?
Via Stripe, directly integrated into Gymkee. Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The money goes to your bank account. You don't have to configure anything technical.
What types of payments are possible?
One-time or recurring payments (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). You can also add trial periods and minimum commitments.
How much does it cost?
Gymkee Pay is included in all plans. On each transaction, Gymkee takes a 0.97% commission. Additionally, Stripe applies its own fees (about 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US, varies by country and payment method). In total, expect around 4% per transaction. Everything's transparent, no hidden fees.
Is content access managed automatically?
Yes. You configure what each product gives access to (coaching, programs, nutrition, on-demand). The client pays, access activates. Subscription stops, access cuts off.
Can I send invoices?
Yes. Gymkee automatically generates invoices for each payment. You can also create manual invoices if needed.
