Why Gymkee's Workout Builder?

Most coaches waste hours building programs in spreadsheets or PDFs. Gymkee's workout builder lets you create a fully personalized program in under 5 minutes, and your client gets a beautiful mobile app experience to follow along.

Opening the Workout Builder

From your Gymkee dashboard, click "Programs" then "New Program". Give it a name and choose whether it's for one specific client or a reusable template. Templates are gold, build once, reuse for dozens of clients.

Adding Exercises

Search from our library of 1,000+ exercises, each with HD demo videos. You can also add your own custom exercises with your own video demonstrations, great for your signature moves.

Setting Sets and Reps

For each exercise, set your target sets, reps, rest time, and any coaching notes. The notes field is powerful, use it to give technique cues specific to that client's weaknesses.

Sending to Your Client

Hit "Send to Client" and your client instantly receives a push notification on the Gymkee app. They can see the full program, watch exercise demos, and log their performance in real time.

What Your Client Sees

Your client gets a beautifully designed app experience with your branding. They can check off sets, track weights, and send you feedback directly. You see all of this in your Gymkee dashboard.
