Despite our best efforts to keep expanding our exercise video library, you might want to add your own exercises at some point.
When adding your own exercises, you can only do so in video format since that's the current format on Gymkee.
The video format provides a better coaching experience for your clients and helps them properly visualize a movement to avoid injuries.
