We're sorry to hear that you're leaving us despite our best efforts to help you deliver the best possible coaching experience to your clients while trying to help you grow your business.

If possible, I invite you to send me personally an e-mail with the subject "Bye bye Gymkee" directly to mo@gymkee.com to explain the reasons of your departure.

This will allow us to improve and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Your subscription (except annual subscription) is not binding. You can therefore stop it at any time without having to justify yourself and without asking us.

To suspend your subscription, first go to your "Settings".

On the menu in the settings section, click on "My subscription".

Then scroll down slightly to "Subscription Status" and click on "Suspend Subscription".

Once confirmed, you will no longer be charged by Gymkee and you can resume your subscription at any time without losing your data.

There you go, you now know how to stop your subscription with no commitment at Gymkee.
