We've been waiting for new folks to join the support team to upgrade our support management tool.

Now, Dwayne Care, our Dwayne for support accessible at the bottom right of your screen, also handles the support side. He's smarter and can really help you get unstuck.

Plus, Dwayne is also better at spotting bugs and reporting the right issues to the tech team so we can fix them faster.

If needed, you can always ask to chat with a real human on the team, especially since we've grown the support squad to improve our response time as Gymkee keeps growing every day with new coaches from around the world.
