Fix for the new interface
A few fixes to the new interface based on the first feedback.

We just pushed some fixes following the first feedback we got from the update rolled out overnight.
- Timers no longer get stuck at 00:00
- Added "0.5" steps on sliders
- Reactivated the BIPS that had been accidentally turned off
- "Skip rest time" works again
