On Gymkee you can add exercise variations... and alternative exercises.

Understanding exercise variations

Unlike variations, alternative exercises need to be set up ahead of time before workouts.

They let you guarantee an exercise for your clients no matter what the conditions are at the gym or at home.

They're often used for exercises that are heavily used at the gym.

Let's take the exercise bike as an example...

You just added a cardio exercise and you know it's often taken... especially during peak hours.

To make sure your client isn't stuck during their workout if the equipment isn't available, you can add alternative exercises.

Search for the exercise you want to add and click the "+" button.

Congrats, you've just added your first alternative exercise! Here's what your client will see on the mobile app:
