Pick a tax rate when editing a subscription
Apply the right VAT per client, and the invite routing finally works.
The subscription editor now lets you pick a tax rate so coaches working across regions apply the right VAT per client without leaving Gymkee. We also fixed an invite-routing bug where new clients sometimes landed on the wrong screen after accepting an invitation.
