Can I reuse the same program for multiple clients?
Yes. Save any program as a template and assign it to as many clients as needed. Each assignment creates an independent copy. changing one client's program never affects another. Gymkee tracks a usage counter on each template so you know which programs are the most popular.
What's the maximum duration of a program?
Programs can cover from 1 to 52+ weeks. You can create short 4-week blocks, standard 12-week cycles, or ongoing programs that last indefinitely. There's no hard limit on the number of weeks. Gymkee adapts to the periodization structure you need.
How does the status pipeline work?
Each program goes through four statuses: Draft (under construction), Planned (ready but not started yet), In Progress (client is actively following it), and Completed (finished). You can move programs between statuses manually or use bulk actions to complete or delete multiple programs at once.
Do clients see the full program schedule or just today's session?
Clients see both. The Gymkee app shows today's session front and center, but clients can also navigate forward to preview upcoming sessions and weeks. This transparency helps them stay motivated and mentally prepared for what's next.
